A consultant is a 'Change Agent' engaged in tactical or strategic development and the term 'consultant' is often used interchangeably with titles such as Independent contractor or freelancer. Our training 'consultancy' team is situated close to the Cairngorm National Park boundary within the Grampian Highlands, a rugged and remote mountain area that was once selected as the training ground for the 'Norwegian Commando Company' during World War 2. Therefore, and as you would expect, we are able to maintain the highest possible standards for mountain fitness and technical competence. We can offer our varied client base expert guidance on, arrange for, or contribute to instruction for a variety of tactical activities including covert abseil and mountaineering operations for use by the Police, Military and specialist mountain troops, respectively. Our 'consultants' provide analysis, focus, guidance, counsel, problem solving and critical information to individuals or a group that helps them to plan an appropriate course of action. As an independent 'consultancy' firm that aims to deliver deliberate and effective advice and where 'project planning' is required and a 'solution' is desirable...? we can give impartial advice where necessary on venue selection, equipment procurement and industry standards. We can 'Project' design, implement, develop and operationally manage any task, worldwide. Our professional 'Consultancy' team can boast of a wealth of experience including former service with British elite forces and employment at the prestigeous UK based, Army Mountain Training Centres (JSMTC).
